{"id":843,"date":"2009-07-26T07:30:18","date_gmt":"2009-07-26T15:30:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mtnmacaw.wordpress.com\/?p=843"},"modified":"2009-07-26T07:30:18","modified_gmt":"2009-07-26T15:30:18","slug":"finally-a-good-bread-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/?p=843","title":{"rendered":"Finally &#8211; a Good Bread Recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ever since last winter when I realized that I couldn&#8217;t eat gluten anymore, I&#8217;ve been looking for a good bread recipe, one that would meet with approval from Dan.\u00a0 He bought a couple of really good gluten-free baking cookbooks and I&#8217;ve been making things from them, and searching for a bread recipe that would make good peanut butter and jam sandwiches, and toast.<\/p>\n<p>Success!\u00a0 This one is excellent.\u00a0 I&#8217;m so happy I can hardly sit still \ud83d\ude42 and I want to dance around the house.\u00a0 I can&#8217;t do that, however, as our parrots tend to get carried away and start yelling and even screaming.\u00a0 I can never tell if they approve or want me to stop before I damage their little minds.\u00a0 So, I will be using my energy for plumbing today instead.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_844\" style=\"width: 470px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-844\" class=\"size-full wp-image-844\" title=\"bread\" src=\"http:\/\/mtnmacaw.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/07\/bread.jpg\" alt=\"This is a moist loaf, great texture, perfect color like a good 100% whole wheat loaf, and excellent taste.
