{"id":3420,"date":"2013-09-22T22:32:35","date_gmt":"2013-09-22T22:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redmeadow.com\/?p=3420"},"modified":"2013-09-22T22:32:35","modified_gmt":"2013-09-22T22:32:35","slug":"happy-autumnal-equinox-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/?p=3420","title":{"rendered":"Happy Autumnal Equinox"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Can&#8217;t think of a better way to celebrate the fall harvest equinox than to go harvest something.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3424\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sept22-veggies.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3424\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3424\" title=\"sept22-veggies\" src=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sept22-veggies.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sept22-veggies.jpg 650w, https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sept22-veggies-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3424\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Slicing cucumber, Yukon Gold potatoes, radishes, Walla Walla sweet onions, two small bell peppers, golden beets, and tomatoes.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The golden beets are going to be pickled and they are cooking on the stove at the moment.\u00a0 This is our first harvest of potatoes and it was like a treasure hunt digging in the raised bed and pulling out some potatoes.\u00a0 Fun!\u00a0 The temperatures have fallen a lot in the last week or so, down 25 degrees for the high temperature today at 57F.\u00a0 It&#8217;s going to rain too.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I was playing with beads and made a necklace.\u00a0 It seems like a fall activity.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3425\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sep21-necklace.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3425\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3425\" title=\"sep21-necklace\" src=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sep21-necklace.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sep21-necklace.jpg 650w, https:\/\/redmeadow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sep21-necklace-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3425\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Amber, red tiger-eyes, brass, and Japanese triangle beads. It kept me entertained for most of the day, putting it together, and then taking it apart again to see how a different arrangement suited my fancy.
